The enrollment request/ application must be completed and submitted by the student’s parent or guardian along with a $50 non-refundable application fee. Applications for the 2025-26 school year are due on or before July 31, 2025. Mid year applications will be accepted and considered on a case by case basis with a prorated tuition rate. If this is an initial request, the student’s transcripts or report cards for the last two years must be included with this enrollment request along with all school and health records, including IEP, 504, psychological records, if any exist, and recommendation by sending principal.
