The music teacher will work 3 days a week teaching both General Music classes and Instrumental Music classes. Connecticut certification is required. Salary and benefits provided per the teacher contract.
SUBSTITUTES FOR TEACHERS AND PARAPROFESSIONALS
These positions are great ways to spend a fun day with wonderful children. Please contact Beth Driscoll for further information or to visit the school. Many times, substituting arrangements are made weeks in advance. You can work when you can.
- Substitute Teacher – Must at the minimum have a Bachelor’s Degree in any subject. Teachers will leave detailed lesson plans and other adults are often in the room to provide assistance. Hours are from 8:30 AM to 3:15 PM
- Substitute Paraprofessional - Must at the minimum have an Associate’s Degree. Depending on the position, you may be in one room all day or moving around supporting children in various classrooms. Teachers will assist you with directions and guidelines.
