BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Barney Adams, Brad Bremer, Sherri Gray,  Jeanne Jones, Susan Read Stanton

BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Lisa Fragale, Louise Plager

ADMINISTRATION PRESENT: None

OTHERS PRESENT: None

1.       Meeting Call to Order:  The meeting was called to order at 8:05 p.m. by Brad Bremer.

2.       Consideration of Town Budget Proposal :  The Board discussed the actions of the  Board of Finance at its June 10^th meeting.

 The motion was made by Sherri Gray that, contingent upon salary givebacks either scheduled or contracted that would enable the Board to fund "item D – three paraprofessional positions at approximately $38,438 as offered by the superintendent at its June 3^rd meeting," the Board of Education endorses the budget proposal brought forth by the Board of Finance at its June 10^th meeting.  Barney Adams seconded the motion.  The motion was unanimously approved.

3.      Adjournment:  The motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Susan Read

           Stanton and seconded by Sherri Gray.  The motion was unanimously approved.

           The meeting adjourned at 8:32 p.m.
