1. Meeting Call to Order:  The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by Brad Bremer.

2. Consideration of the CCS Proposed Renovation Project:  Chairman Brad Bremer  welcomed the members of the community and introduced Jim Lawler, architect of the  project, and Superintendent Jay Chittum, who would lead the discussion about the  proposed project.  Jim Lawler spoke to the design and scope of the project, and Jay  Chittum spoke to the background, building needs, funding and timelines.  The project  was discussed in detail with the Board, the superintendent and the architect  addressing community questions and comments.

 The Board has planned a public hearing on the project for April 7, 2009, to be followed  by a referendum early in May.

The Board thanked all present for their interest.

3. Adjournment – The motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Barney Adams and seconded by Susan Read Stanton.  The motion was unanimously approved.  The meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
